The NCW Healing Arts Collective 2026 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by NCW Healing Arts Collective (“Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Eligibility
Open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be able and willing to travel to Wenatchee or Leavenworth, Washington, where all services take place. No travel costs are provided. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway runs for a seasonal period designated by Sponsor (the “Season”). A new gift is announced each Saturday during the Season. Winners are selected and announced every Friday during the Season.
How to Enter
Entry is made by submitting your email address through the designated Giveaway opt in form hosted by NCW Healing Arts Collective. This is the only method of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Season. Multiple entries by the same person may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Once entered, your eligible entry remains in the drawing pool for the entire Season unless you become ineligible as described in these Rules.
Prize Description
Each week, a featured healer member of NCW Healing Arts Collective will offer a specific prize, such as a service session, class, or other healing arts offering (the “Prize”). The details of each weekly Prize, including the healer, service description, and any healer specific limits, will be listed separately in the Prize Details section for that week. Prizes have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. Transferability of each Prize is determined by the individual healer. The Prize Details section will specify whether that particular Prize is transferable or non transferable. Prizes must be scheduled directly with the healer. Services must be scheduled within thirty (30) days of the date the winner is notified, unless otherwise stated in the Prize Details for that week. Appointment dates and times are subject to healer availability. Healers may require standard client intake forms, waivers, and consent forms. Failure to complete required forms may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
Health and Wellness Notice
All services offered through this Giveaway are for wellness, educational, and personal growth purposes only. These services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or emergency services. Always consult your doctor or qualified health provider regarding any health condition or before starting any new wellness practice.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries. One winner will be selected each Friday during the Season. Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at entry. Winners may also be named on NCW Healing Arts Collective social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram. The selected winner must respond to the notification email within forty eight (48) hours. If the winner does not respond within this time, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Ongoing Eligibility and Unsubscribing
By entering the Giveaway, you agree to receive marketing communications from NCW Healing Arts Collective and its members to the email address you provide. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link found in each email. If you unsubscribe from NCW Healing Arts Collective email communications, you become ineligible to win any future drawings in this Season, and your entry may be removed from the active drawing pool.
Use of Personal Information
By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your email address and any other information you provide for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and sending marketing communications from NCW Healing Arts Collective and its members. Your information will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with participating healer members of the Collective to communicate about services, events, and promotions. You can request updates or corrections to your contact information by emailing [email protected].
Location of Services
All services associated with Prizes are provided in person in Wenatchee or Leavenworth, Washington. No transportation, lodging, or other travel accommodations are included. Winners are responsible for their own transportation and related costs.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway or these Official Rules at any time if factors beyond Sponsor’s control affect the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or ineligible entries, or for any technical or communication errors. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless NCW Healing Arts Collective, its members, practitioners, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising in connection with your participation in the Giveaway or any Prize you receive or use, except where prohibited by law.
Facebook and Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to NCW Healing Arts Collective, not to Facebook or Instagram.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules.
